My FMP of my university degree focused on explorative processes of world building and story design for comics. This varied from creating landscapes from abstract human-made textures to constructing a 400 piece 'post-it note wall which helped structure narrative progression and illustrated thumbnails throughout my story. My story focuses on heavier themes of separation which I have struggled with whilst studying away from home but through research, have developed ways in making this topic digestible for a younger audience in order to respond to my early childhood inspirations that of which being : Cartoon Network and Lego medias.
