This project reimagines medical accessories and allergy-related objects through contemporary jewellery and wearable design. Inspired by severe nut allergies, the work explores how medical objects can become expressive, and emotionally resonant rather than purely clinical. Using sculptural nut forms, silversmithing, plating, cubic zirconias, and hidden functional elements, the collection transforms medical IDs and allergy-related objects into pieces that encourage advocacy and conversation. Throughout the collection, the nut is reclaimed as a symbol of ownership, protection, and identity.
