Otherworldly is a personal documentary film about grief, longing and signs from beyond. The filmmaker tells the story about the night she lost her mom, and the sign she received from her 48 hours later. The film moves between personal narration, interviews, performance and poetic imagery to convey grief, longing and the synchronistic experience of receiving a sign from the afterlife.
