a short story animation based on a Jewish allegory "the elk the serpent the birth" from the book of Zohar which symbolises the exodus of Egypt and the birth of the Jewish nation. the story describes an elk struggling with giving birth during a drought; her womb to small to give birth, and after her cries to God he sends the serpent which is the symbolic opposite of the elk, who bites her womb and the venom eases her muscles which allows her to give birth and the beings of the world drink the broken water and a fawn is born.
